How it all works

Working with a copywriter or proofreader doesn't have to be complicated!

After all, the world's complicated enough, right? So, with a few basic procedures in place, it's my aim that your experience with Quill Writing Services is enjoyable, straightforward and simple.

Getting Started:

Your first step is to contact me via phone, email or the Contact Form on this site. If you'd like to request a quote right away just complete the Quote Request form here and I'll prepare a Quote for you.

If you decide to proceed, I'll send through an invoice for 50% of the total fee, payable in advance.

When confirmation of acceptance and 50% payment are received, work on your project will commence.

The First Draft:

This is your opportunity to let me know if you aren't completely satisfied. Any requested revisions are included in the price as long as they remain within the scope of the original project as outlined in the Quote.

If the scope of the project changes, we may need to renegotiate the price.

Generally, if no revision request is received within 14 days of my sending the first draft, I will assume that you love it and forward my invoice for the remaining 50%.

Cancellations:

If a project is cancelled partway through, payment is still required for the work completed up to that point.

Your Satisfaction is Paramount!
